Tomorrow morning I leave for Los Angeles at 6:45am ET to begin my adventure. As I have told many people, I plan to update my web site on a daily/semi-daily basis, so most of my updates will be much shorter than the usual, and most likely with little editing involved. I hope that anyone who reads this wishes me luck and good fortune with all parts of my trip, but especially the surgery which is now only 1 week away. Hopefully when I return in 2 weeks I come back with the results I am looking for, and I can look forward to a bright future with a new way to look at the world (literally).
