Really quick update on my IOLs as I haven't written anything regarding them in nearly 300 days. Last Thanksgiving I had a huge floater come off the back of my right eye and it's been flying around ever since. I have had to get used to its presence whenever I see and I notice more and more floaters and squigglies ever since. I went to go see my post-op surgeon soon after the floater appeared and he said not to worry much about it but it could be flying around for days, weeks, months, years, or longer. The last few days I have really had some issues with dry eyes, so much so that it's really making my vision blurry as I continually try to keep my eyes moist. I'll need to think some about whether I've made any diet changes the past week or so. Overall I am still pleased but there are little annoyances to deal with.
